Natty Beta Freeze now in effect.

Hello all,

Both UI Freeze [1] and Beta Freeze [2] came into effect today (Thursday, March 24) at 2300 UTC.

>From now on,  **all** uploads to the main archive and any user interface change will have to be approved manually by the release team.   In addition, both the documentation and translation teams will need notification of any UI changes.  For further details on these freezes, please see the referenced links.
