"Unable to Start"

I recently updated Origin. Afterwards, I went to open the Sims 4 and this messaged popped-up. "The contents of your user data directory were created by a new version of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update via Origin to Play"
The problem is there is no new update for TS4 available via Origin.
HELP!

    Sometimes exiting Origin, clearing Origin cache, then restarting Origin and starting Sims 4 from there helps. Alternatively, you might have to roll back your save. See my sig for links about both.

    I had same problem, too!

    I found this link: www.plumbobnews.com/2014/10/how-to-fix-sims-4-game-update-issue.html

    I did the option 2 first then the option 1, and it worked!

    It turned out that the game actually had update but Origin didn't show it. (that's why I had to do not only the option 2 but also option 1)
