When joining you are told you are signing up for a one year membership.  What they don't tell you is that the membership automatically renews and there is no way to cancel it. The billing company they do business with will continue to deduct dues from your checking account even after written and verbal requests are made to discontinue. The only way to stop it is by closing down your checking account and opening a new one.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. No truly reputable martial arts training facility will lock you into a contract. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ACCESS TO YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT WHATEVER YOU DO.

It happened to my family and another guy too!

AUTHOR: Brandon A Sciuto - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 25, 2012

Tyler...you're NOT alone!  You are the 3rd or 4th person I know that has reported the FACT that Roberto Torrablas ripped off families using his "IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL" policies whereby he blames YOU for not reading your contract.  What he fails to understand is that we WILL take him to court and win!  Did you take him to court?  How much did he embezzle from you?

Misleading title...

AUTHOR: The Real Naples BJJ - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, December 30, 2011

Fletch Fuller here, BJJ Black and Belt founder of Naples Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Naples Brazlian Jiu Jitsu is not the same as Third Law Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and never has been. Naples Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the registered name of the Team Marcelo Pereira Naples Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy located at 3275 Pine Road. Marcelo and I take great pride in running our business with the absolute highest personal and professional integrity. We have been in business here since 2002. We don't hard sell long term contracts or play credit card games and we won't cut someone else's throat to make a buck. How Third Law BJJ conducts its business is up to them. However, when people confuse our schools because of their deliberate advertising, we suffer in the process.

It is our sincerest wish that people looking for the highest level of BJJ training in SW Florida, come in and check out our school rather than following misleading complaint articles written by a disgruntled student from another school.

Happy New Year and best wishes for 2012!
