This form offers feedback for teachers to hone their skills. It is not intended to be an evaluative tool in anyway. Not all areas will be observed during a walkthrough, therefore lack of information through this document does not imply an area of great need. The teacher and observer should use this tool together for the benefit of the teacher and students. Observers may have a particular area they will be observing and/or the teacher may request a particular area to be observed. All information from this form is made available to the teacher and members of the leadership team. Teachers can also use this form when observing fellow teachers.
