As Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale‘s divorce moves along, at least one thing remains the same: the focus on their children.

“There are no issues when it comes to custody,” an insider tells PEOPLE of the exes, who announced in August that they were splitting after 20 years together. “Gwen and Gavin both agree that the boys should be able to spend as much time as they want with both of their parents.”

In their nearly 13 years of marriage, Stefani, 45, and Rossdale, 49, welcomed three boys: Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 19 months. And the kids have been their primary concern since the split.

“There is an ongoing conversation with the boys to make sure they are as happy and comfortable as possible,” the insider says. “To both Gwen and Gavin, the boys are their number one priority and concern.”

While they’re moving forward with the divorce with their boys in mind, they’re also moving on with their lives.

Stefani recently returned to work as a coach on season nine of The Voice, while Rossdale has moved into a separate home.
