To celebrate the Stanley Hotel’s first place win in the green chili contest at last weekend’s Winter Festival in Estes Park, Cascades Restaurant at The Stanley will be offering a bowl of the award-winning chili plus a glass of the draft beer of the week for only $8.
This special begins Friday, Jan. 23, beginning at lunch service, and will run throughout the winter at the fabulous Cascades Restaurant and The Whiskey Bar at the Stanley Hotel. Everyone is encouraged to visit and try the best green chili in town!
Also, please join us for a special Groundhog Day celebration on Feb. 2, starting at 7 p.m., on the hotel’s front lawn. If our “groundhog” sees his shadow, Cascades Restaurant food tabs will be reduced by 10% for everyone, for six weeks. Cascade Club members will enjoy an additional 10% off their normal discounts during that time! Groundhog Day at The Stanley will feature chili tastings of the first-place Stanley green chili and the second-place winner of the Winter Festival red chili contest, Marys Lake Lodge.
Marys Lake Lodge will also offer their 2nd-place red chili plus a draft beer for $8 for the remaining six weeks of winter, also beginning on Friday.
