    First off, regarding weather within the city; along with the map modifications the weather effect from nearby areas will applied. There is a plan where weather itself will also have more characteristics by regions.

    また天候エフェクトのON/OFF機能についてですが、今後は天候自体に意味を持たせていく予定があるため、ON/OFF機能を実装する予定はありません。
    Also regarding the weather effect on/off, there are no plans to implement on/off feature since there is a plan to have meaning for each weather.
    Still don't get why they can't just add weather icon... oh well... have to wait and see...
    Now onto the YoshiP translations...

    True, well the icon already exists but since we don't know what they mean by "weather effects having more meaning" we will have to wait to see, like you said.

    Sigh, I suggested that we have our own seperate "Equipment" tab from "Items". It would be more organized and you don't have to scroll through all the junk. Yes, it's easier on mouse and keyboard but on a gamepad it's not that fast.

    Would like to follow up some more

    1.ナゲットについて
    1. Regarding Nugget

    1.19で搭載される新レシピで「ナゲット」を使用するレシピは存在しません。
    以降も追加されるレシピに、ナゲットを使用することは想定されていません。
    ですが、旧レシピはしばらくゲーム上に残りますので、現在製作中のものが、
    無駄になってしまうことはありません。その点はご安心ください。
    1.20くらいまでをレシピ移行期間、と考えています。
    The new recipe coming in 1.19 there will be no recipe that uses "nugget"
    Also not planning to use nugget in future recipes also.
    But for old recipes it will remain in-game so those currently being made right now wouldn't be wasted so please don't worry.
    Thinking will keep the recipe transfer timing till 1.20.


    2.HQの改修について
    2. Regarding HQ modification

    このHQの改修は1.20以降を予定しています。つまり1.19リリース段階では、
    現在のHQ製作仕様のままになりますので、現在のHQがいきなり無価値になることはありません。
    1.20がリリースされるまでの間は、これまで通りのHQ製作仕様が適用されます。
    また、新仕様でHQ製品が完成するのは「直前の中間素材がすべてHQの場合に限り」です。
    中間素材までのパーツのHQ化は、運の要素やスキルが絡むものを検討しています。
    (つまり、最後の一手でNQになってしまい、言いようのない徒労感を感じないように、ということ)
    The HQ modification is being planned 1.20 and after, therefor at 1.19 release timing the current HQ crafting method will remain, so the current HQ won't suddenly lose value.
    Also, for the new method to create HQ item "all ingredients needs to be HQ"
    Looking into materials and parts HQing to include luck factor or skill.
    (meaning, not feeling wasted where at last spot becoming NQ.)
    (make sure it gets HQ when you use HQ ingredients.)


    3.マテリアクラフトとHQに関して
    Regarding materia craft and HQ

    武器/防具をマテリア化する際に、その武器/防具がHQかどうかは仕様上関係が無く、
    武器/防具にマテリアを装着する際にも、通常の装着であれば、HQかどうかは実は影響がありません。
    (マテリアを量産しようとした場合、NQ品の活躍の場はここにあります)
    When materializing the weapon/gear, it doesn't matter if weapon/gear is HQ or not.
    When equipping the materia to weapon/gear when it's regular attachment it wont affect if it's HQ or not.
    (When mass producing materia, this is when NQ items come into play)


    ただし「禁断のマテリアクラフト(仮称)」を実行する際、マテリアを装着する武器/防具がHQであれば、
    その成功率や結果に影響を及ぼします。つまりかなりの「廃○仕様」(一応伏せ字)だということです。
    通常のマテリアの装着までは、一般的で、ある程度誰もが可能なコンテンツ。
    しかしその先にある究極を目指そうとすると、先鋭化していく、という仕様になっています。
    (ちょっと喋り過ぎましたが、マテリアクラフトの詳細は今後別スレッドへ投稿しますw)
    But when implementing "Forbidden materia craft (temporary name)" if the weapon/gear you will be attaching materia to is an HQ, the success rate or result will be effected. So it's really hard. (says "Hai____ Method" guessing Haijin - term used for hardcore, none sleeping players)
    For general materia attachment, it's casual content where it's possible for anyone to do up to a certain point.

    But if aiming for the ultimate goal past this, the method is to make it more intense.
    (talked too much, regarding specifics for materia craft will post in different thread in future w)

    There are ingredients the crafters have to make. When making HQ for those it will require "effort", "labor", and "luck" just like now. This part is still being discussed so cannot say anything definitely.
    Either way, want to get rid of the feeling wasted at the final point, so up till then the method would be just like now where it requires work and effort.



    また、最終工程は素材がHQなら必ずHQになる、という仕様も
    「特定の手順をしっかり踏めば」なのか「適当にやっても」なのかについては、
    確定仕様ではありませんので、皆さんの御意見も聞きつつ1.20以降に向けて、
    詰めて行ければ良いかなとも思います
    Also, the method of final stage being HQ when using HQ ingredients; It's not definite method yet where "if it requires specific steps to be taken" or "just simply doing" so would like to get everyone's suggestions and be able to include with 1.20 or after

    ただ、「特定の手順」が浸透すると今度は、
    「面倒だ、どうせ同じ手順のルーチンワークなんだから、一発で仕上げさせろ」
    という意見が出ると思います(それがMMOの難しいところなので)。
    だからと言って、それを避けて「運」の要素を強めると、失敗したとき徒労感満点。
    バランスの問題ではなく、たとえ失敗率1%だったとしても、
    必ずそれに該当してしまうプレイヤーは現れます。誰得の仕様かと。
    But, "Specific steps" is used then next expecting comments such as "It's troublesome, it's going to be same routine work anyways, let us finish one shot" (That's the hard part about MMO).
    But just to avoid that strengthening the "luck" factor, when failed the wasted feeling is maximized.
    It's not problem about the balance, even if the failure rate is 1% there will be players that will fall under this; who's going benefit from it.


    ですので、事前努力をしておけば、最終工程は確実にHQ化できる(もしくはその方法/手順がある)、
    という安心感こそ、大切にしたいな、と思っている部分なのです。
    製作ミニゲームをどうにかする、とか無にする、という発想ではないので、
    その点については、切り離して考えて頂けると幸いです!
    therefore, this is the part where I want to take care of and give sense of security where by helping each other out before the final stage, and at final stage making sure it will become HQ (or there is a method/steps)
    It's not and idea about what to do about the crafting mini-game, or taking it away, so would like if you can detach from that thinking.
