About a dozen people are displaced after an early-morning fire at 168 Bartlett Street in Lewiston.The fire was called in around 3 a.m. on Friday.The cause of the fire is unclear, but fire officials say it was contained to the second floor where it began. They say the building may need to be condemned.Crews were called to the same apartment Thursday for an electrical fire, but it is unclear if the two fires are related.The Red Cross is assisting those who are displaced.
