The covered bridge between Windham and Gorham remains closed until further notice because of damage to its roof supports,Inspectors for the Maine Department of Transportation checked the bridge on Monday after damage was discovered on Sunday.A DOT official said the bridge may have been hit by a snow plow.Although inspectors do not believe the structural integrity of the bridge was compromised, it will remain closed until further notice.
