Description - Design, implement and deliver reports based on business requirements. - Design and implement an OLAP Cube database and build reports. - Understand source systems and source data in detail. - QA any work done by self and other team members. - Document all of the design and development artifacts. - Troubleshoot and support all BI related production processing. - Understand the current reporting environment and use that knowledge to continuously improve the data warehouse.
Qualifications We trust you would have strong knowledge and skillful use of the following: - Database deployment and configuration. - Performance optimization. - Indexing and schema based optimization - Database optimization Tools and techniques. You would also need all kinds of arcane knowledge and experience in: -Microsoft SQL Server -SQL Technical Qualifications: - University degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field. -Experience in the design, development, and testing of Data Warehouse implementations. -Experience with Reporting tools (esp. OLAP reporting) (SSAS). -Experience with SQL and Relational Databases is a must. -Strong Experience with MS BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS & SSRS) is a big plus. -Good Knowledge in ASP.Net, ASP Classic, C#, VB and Java Scripting is an asset.
