2013 FAFSA Completion Session Information Form
Dear Colleague:
The Philadelphia College Prep Roundtable (PCPR) is reaching out to the broader community (Philadelphia and the surrounding vicinity, including southern New Jersey) in an effort to support FAFSA completion in the region. We're collecting information from agencies that are planning to host FAFSA Completion Workshops.  We'd appreciate your organization completing this brief form providing details of "who, when and where".

Additionally, PCPR would like for your organization to look to us as a resource for conducting a successful event.  Success is defined as having FAFSA filers "complete" their forms.  If you are in need of such support we ask that you reach out to us. Once you complete the information in this form, a FAFSA Campaign team member may reach out to your organization for further details and clarification.

FAFSA Completion Session Support
In an effort to assist with the success of your event, the FAFSA Completion team would like to provide you support having a successful session.  These supports can consist of helping you think through your inventory of necessary equipment and items to maximizing the presenting of information to follow-up support.  
Would you like to speak with a FAFSA Completion team member for assistance in checking on your inventory? (equipment, resources materials, etc.) *

It is highly recommended that a trained financial aid expert is present to answer questions that is related to answering questions on the FAFSA.
