Description 1-Responsible for the management, organization and co-ordination of the day to day work of a team of customer relation executives. customer services 2-Ensure the customer services center is adequately resourced by liaising with relevant staff and planning resources effectively. 3-Ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards as laid down by company branches. 4-Maintain effective relationships with service colleagues, key stakeholders, contractors, hard to reach groups, the wider community and other organizations to ensure the effective delivery of customer services. 5-Undertake customer surveys, consultation, exit surveys and elicit feedback on services in order to improve service delivery. 6-Challenge current methods of service delivery and identify, recommend and implement improvements. Keep up to date with customer services center best practice to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs. 7-Maintain and develop a thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of the company services including procedures, guidance and legislation to deal with customer inquiries. Implement any changes to procedures, business processes 8-Ensures employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs. 9-Responds to and resolves employee relations issues expressed by team members. 10-Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level. 11-Addresses disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy.
Qualifications 1-BS Degree in Business Administration. 2-From 5-8 years of experience in sales filed. 3-Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required. 4-Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
