But where is properties file that contains i18n values? I have tried different file names, but it does not work. There is no working example or document. Can anyone help?

Hi Alex,
At the moment, Atlassian Connect does not support i18n properties files. Fields such as "name" have been built with the i18n key in mind for future use.
