Potential usage of Citizen Maths in Autumn 2015 and in Spring/Summer 2016
Citizen Maths - https://www.citizenmaths.com/ - is a free open online maths course for adults at Level 2. It is being developed by a consortium comprising Calderdale College, UCL Institute of Education, and OCR, with funding from the Ufi Charitable Trust.

The purpose of this form is to enable you to give us an indication of the likely potential usage of Citizen Maths, focusing on:

1) trialing course content for three powerful ideas in mathematics between December 2015 and February/March 2016;

2) the main "roll-out" of Citizen Maths (with a total of five powerful ideas in mathematics) in Spring and Summer 2016.

All responses will be treated in confidence. By giving your contact details you consent to being contacted, but on the clear understanding that we will not hassle you or your organisation.

The form should take well under five minutes to complete. Please note that fields requiring a response are marked with a red asterisk.

In case of difficulty please email Seb Schmoller, Citizen Maths Project Director: seb.schmoller@citizenmaths.com
