2017 DCPS Music Festival Volunteer / Donation Sign-Up
The DCPS Music Festivals will take place May 15, 16, & 17 at The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts

Will you please consider volunteering in one of the capacities below.
If you are an Arts Organization you may also sign up to host an information booth during the Festival, or make a donation (see the bottom of this form).

*Bus Area Coordinator (2 needed daily), working at the front of the Kennedy Center; you will greet buses as they arrive, find out who is on board, and match the director with their Group Escort,

*Group Escort (8-12 needed daily), you will travel with one specific ensemble for their entire time at the Kennedy Center.  Working at the front of the building, audience area, green room, holding areas, stage, and other rooms being used; you will collect school adjudicator forms (to be given to the Form Runner); move group to appropriate areas as needed: auditorium, warm-up room, stage, bus area for pickup
 
*Form Runner (1 needed daily), working on both Millennium Stages; you will collect adjudicator forms from Group Escorts, deliver forms to judges prior to performance, collect forms from adjudicators post performance, give forms to the Central Desk team

*Announcer/ Time Keeper (2 needed daily), working on the stage; you will announce groups that are performing to the audience; keep process moving when groups meet their time limit

*Stage Manager (2 needed daily), working on the stage; you will coordinate with stage crew to change setups as needed
