Abstract
This Webcast was hosted by four Broadcasting students who recently accompanied Steve McCarthy and Dr. David Sanders to Tunisia for a "reporting trip." To start the webcast Ian Elliot filed a report about the trip itself and the impact of the Arab Spring on the region. Tanja Rekhi reported on social media and it's impact on the revolutions in the region. Jackie Loder reported on the cultural forces that helped spark and shape the revolt in Tunisia. And finally, Rob Dickerson reported on the tensions between secularists and Salafists at Manouba University, located on the outskirts of Tunis.
