Indiana voucher program has grown and its purpose has changed, researchers say

Today, more than 32,000 Indiana students use a state-funded voucher program to pay for private school. That program, which covers up to 90 percent of families’ private school costs, is now the largest it’s ever been. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Claire McInerny tells us how the program has grown and how it’s purpose has changed.
