Thanks for your interest in the National Museum of Mathematics' upcoming Connected Classrooms Virtual Field Trip.

We're looking for 2-3 classrooms to participate. This form is to see if your classroom may fit. Please be sure that the computer and network that you are using for this test are the same that you will be using for the live Hangout. Additionally, we require that you are connected to your network via an ethernet cable.
