Herndon Welcomes Holidays with Tree Lighting

The Town of Herndon ushered in the holiday season with a tree lighting, Christmas carols led by the Herndon High School band and a visit from Santa as he arrived on a fire truck.

The Town of Herndon's Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Sing-Along was held Saturday, Dec. 3 at the corner of Lynn and Elden streets. There was caroling accompianied by the Herndon High School band, tree lighting and a visit by Santa on a firetruck. The event was organized by the Herndon Chamber, part of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce.
