Registration for 2012 World Ultimate and Guts Championship @ Sakai, Osaka (Japan)

This is the official HKUPA registration form for the 2012 WUGC. The tournament will be held at Sakai, Osaka (Japan) from July 7th - 14th.

HKUPA cannot guarantee you a spot on a team. In the event that there are too many interested players, a tryout process will be held to determine the final roster. If there are not enough players to form multiple teams, priority will be to send 1 mixed team.

Fees and Due dates:
$400HKD team fee deposit will be due immediately after we announce the roster (approx. April). This deposit will be non-refundable after this date if you choose to drop out.
$3,000HKD player's fee will be due on or before April 27. This fee will be non-refundable after May 11th. (This fee does not include accommodation or food, those will come separately)
