BACK TO SCHOOL 2014 Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in Back to School 2014 to help students in Fond du Lac County be prepared for a new year of learning.  We will need volunteers for a variety of activities including scheduling, purchasing supplies, manning the break room, recruiting, and distributing supplies. Please note that volunteers will be subject to a background check.  Once you have completed this form, you will be contacted with more information.  The date of distribution will be Saturday, August 23, 2014.  Volunteers will be needed that day and the days leading up to it, as well.  Thank you for helping our children go Back To School 2014.

DONATIONS - Prior to event, pick up and drop off donation boxes throughout the community; SORTING SUPPLIES - organize supplies before the day of distribution; BREAK ROOM - Secure donations from the community and manage the volunteer break room; GUIDE - Guide families through the fair, helping them to collect the tools the student needs to have a successful school year; TABLE - Keep the supply tables stocked while helping families identify the supplies the student needs; CLEAN UP - Help break down the tables and pack up left over supplies
