Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger gave his late girlfriend one final, poetic song Friday.

Fashion designer L’Wren Scott’s friends and family joined with Jagger for a private memorial ceremony at St. Bartholomew’s Church in Midtown.

Scott, 49, killed herself in her luxury Chelsea apartment March 17 by hanging herself with a scarf tied to a door handle. She left no note, but records showed her design company was deeply in debt.

Jagger sang Bob Dylan’s “Just Like a Woman” to a host of well-heeled friends who crowded the pews.

The service opened with blessings and prayers.

Words of tribute followed from Scott’s brother Randy Bambrough, and then friends Ellen Barkin, André Leon Talley, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cathy Horyn, Rachel Feinstein and Jagger.

Then the legendary performer launched into his goodbye song.

Poems were shared by Scott’s niece, Hannah Bambrough, as well as Jagger’s son, James Jagger.

Additionally, Jagger’s grandchildren, Mazie and Zak, read Psalm 23.

Lisa Fischer, acclaimed backup singer who has been touring with the Stones for years, sang “Amazing Grace.”

Others attending included actresses Julianne Moore, Meg Ryan, Olivia Munn and Renee Zellweger; Vogue editor Anna Wintour; film directors Martin Scorsese and Baz Luhrmann; and Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter.

Fans lined barricades to take photos.

Family members held a private funeral for Scott in Los Angeles in March.
