Please specify the program that you are interested in and please complete the entire form.
- RAD is for adult women. Classes are usually at night and usually one night of the week for five consecutive weeks. Hours are usually 6 to 9 p.m. We usually hold one to two programs a year. Minors aged 14+ can take the program with a parents consent and in the company of a female parent or trusted adult.
- RAD for Men is for adult men. These classes are not in high demand but if enough men are interested we will run a program. Minors aged 14+ can take the program with a parents consent and in the company of a male parent or trusted adult.
- Radkids is for boys and girls age 8 to 12. Classes are usually held in the summer for 5 consecutive days (M-F) from 9 a.m. to noon. There is a Radkids program for younger children but these are held less regularly. We currently run two to three programs a year in the summer for kids aged 8 to 12.
- RAD for Seniors is for older adult men and women. The program consists of 10 classes that are usually held two days a week in the afternoon for 90 minutes per class. We usually hold one to two programs per year.
If you can't attend the next course we will keep you in our contact list and notify you of future courses.
There is no charge for these programs and each program has a lifetime FREE return and practice policy anywhere that RAD courses are offered, except for Radkids, which ends at the child's 13th birthday.
When you take any of these courses please wear comfortable athletic clothing and please leave weapons and jewelry at home.
