Female arrested after being found unconscious in her vehicle

ROCHESTER - Emergency personnel responded to the area of South Main and Portland streets Friday, for a report of an individual passed out in a motor vehicle.

Responding Rochester police officers found a silver 2005 Ford Explorer in the roadway with its back-up lights on. It was reported that the vehicle had backed up into another vehicle and that the driver of the Explorer was unconscious.

There was no damage to either vehicle.

Emergency personnel located a female unconscious in the driver’s seat of a silver 2005 Ford Explorer. She showed no signs of injury.

Rochester EMS responders treated the female on scene and she regained consciousness. As a result of the investigation police arrested Felicia Orchard, 23, of Rochester, for Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Controlled/Narcotic Drug (Heroin).

Orchard’s bail was set at $2,500 cash or surety and she is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, July 20, at 11 a.m., at the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
