Union R-XI community & stakeholders,

As a critically important piece to the success of our school district, we are calling on you, our community, to provide feedback and input as we update and review our district strategic plan. Our district's mission (why we are here) and our district's vision (where we want to be in the next 5 years) are vitally important pieces of our strategic plan. This is why we need your help in providing feedback and input so we can revisit these important district components. Since we know not everyone can attend every board meeting, we are committed to and want to ensure all voices are heard. To accomplish this, we are using this Google Form survey, providing hard copies of the survey in all buildings and district offices, sharing information via our website and social media outlets, as well as using our local newspaper. Below, please share what you believe to be the 4 most important words or phrases you would use to describe the perfect school district.
