Elementary Visual Arts PLC

Take part in building our collaborative community of elementary visual arts teachers. We'll be taking part in discussions, sharing ideas, lessons, advice, researching and reporting, and supporting each other as we grow and improve to bring innovative learning opportunities to our students. Topics to include: lesson plans, serving special education students and working with their TAs, cross-discipline lessons, incorporating the new standards, assessments and grading, and topics by request. Three in-person meetings (location to be determined by participants) will be supplemented with on-line discussions and sharing via Schoology, on your own time.

Location: Hybrid, to be determined
Dates: Mostly first Wednesday of each month (in person: 11/7, 1/2, 3/6; online: 9/12, 10/3, 11/7, 12/5, 2/6, 4/3)
Times: 5pm - 7pm/asynchronous online
Fee: None. However, registration is required.
