Hello R.A. Specter, thank you for your question!

First of all, I'd like to thank you for reading the things that I write and for allowing my words to be a source of inspiration in your life. It is always an honour.

Now to tackle your question. Two ideas: "Refusing to acknowledge impermanence in reality" which translates to: "Refusing to accept change in life." And second is: "How to boost motivations into being productive" which translates to: "How to motivate people into productivity."

To your first idea above, my response would be, "Darling, please do not refuse the reality of change, because it is only through change that anything grows. Change is the premise of quantum mechanics, is at the heart of the seed which turns into a young bud, which turns into a beautiful flower or a gigantic tree! It is change that creates cities and change that makes valleys, mountains and volcanoes! It is change that mends the heart, molds the mind and etches new ways of being upon one's eyes! It is impermanence that is at the root of planets, solar systems and galaxies! It is impermanence that dictated the premise for you to be formed from the dusts of the stars! So why darling, why do you refuse change?" And to your second idea above, my answer goes like this, "The way to motivate people into productivity is by showing them glimpses into new realities that they have never seen before, or maybe have just forgotten! For example, when I was visiting Norway, I met a new friend who is also an author, a kind Norwegian lady. I took a walk with her around Drammen city and by simply seeing the world in the way that I normally see it (pointing at "magic" behind flower patches, shadows on swingsets and so on and so forth) I unexpectedly opened a door for her which she had never stepped through before! At the end of my stay in Norway, she wrote me a letter, thanking me for "making" her "see the world in a way" that she had "never seen it before." And it is then when I realized that we do not bless people by trying to bless them; but we bless people by striving to reach for the light, ourselves. By allowing ourselves to be who we are, to see the magic that we want to see, we are being beacons for onlookers and it doesn't take more than a minute to light up one's world, plant a seed, smile in an everlasting way that another person can never forget. And that, dear, is how we motivate people. By becoming and being, ourselves."

I hope that my answer has been helpful. :-)

Sincerely,
C. Bells(less)

Hi, Gene! Thank you for your question!

Well, that is a rather complicated question to answer, considering the fact that "believer in" and "follower of" might mean something entirely different to you, than what it means to me. I do not consider myself a "Christian" if that is what you mean. Let's just put it this way— I believe in Christ, but then I also believe in Thor. And I am not even joking in the least.

I hope this question has been helpful and don't hesitate to ask me more if you wish. Have a great day! (less)

Helpful Symbolism and Totemism for your New Year Celebrations

I want to talk about symbolism; specifically, the meaning of certain symbolic images and how you might want to carry them with you as you exit 2023 and enter into 2024. Shall we?

I have always decorated myself with symbolism at the turn of every year, beginning around the eve of 2001. A long time now! Symbolism is how I connect to my reality, and also, how I connect with the realities of those aro

“You can talk with someone for years, everyday, and still, it won't mean as much as what you can have when you sit in front of someone, not saying a word, yet you feel that person with your heart, you feel like you have known the person for forever.... connections are made with the heart, not the tongue.”

“Don't be afraid of your fears. They're not there to scare you. They're there to let you know that something is worth it.”

“If you want to forget something or someone, never hate it, or never hate him/her. Everything and everyone that you hate is engraved upon your heart; if you want to let go of something, if you want to forget, you cannot hate.”

“I am a flawed person. A brook with many stones, a clear blue sky with many blackbirds. I have many shortcomings. A rainbow that’s not long enough, a starry night with clouds. But I can only be thankful to the God who loves me just this way, and I can only be grateful to the people in my life who accept the clear blue sky with many blackbirds and who are patient with the rainbow that isn’t long enough. And because of this, I am taught love, because of this I love my God, and I love these people.”
C. JoyBell C.

“I'm not in search of sanctity, sacredness, purity; these things are found after this life, not in this life; but in this life I search to be completely human: to feel, to give, to take, to laugh, to get lost, to be found, to dance, to love and to lust, to be so human.”
C. JoyBell C.

“There is some kind of a sweet innocence in being human- in not having to be just happy or just sad- in the nature of being able to be both broken and whole, at the same time.”
C. JoyBell C.

“I have come to accept the feeling of not knowing where I am going. And I have trained myself to love it. Because it is only when we are suspended in mid-air with no landing in sight, that we force our wings to unravel and alas begin our flight. And as we fly, we still may not know where we are going to. But the miracle is in the unfolding of the wings. You may not know where you're going, but you know that so long as you spread your wings, the winds will carry you.”
C. JoyBell C.

“If I am to be fallen into love, I will. And if as a result I will appear to be stupid, disillusioned, and of poor judgment, I will. And I would be damned if I cared what other people think. For I would rather be thought of as all of these things, than not love. If in loving, I become the naked woman on the horse, I will ride that horse with my head held high. This is my spirit. I am unbreakable.”
