 言葉遣いの件では「女のクセに」、「女なら～」という女性を侮辱する言葉はセクハラとされていますが逆に「男のクセに」、「男なら～しろ」などという男性を侮辱する言葉は普通に使われる傾向にありますが男性でも嫌な想いをして居る人が本来なら居ればセクハラに該当します。

 スーパー銭湯や健康ランド、温泉施設などの公衆浴場やスポーツジムでは、営業中の男湯に女性従業員が清掃や点検などで出入りすることがよくあります。男湯内に自動販売機が設置してある場合は女性の係員が商品の補充や料金回収などでの業務で入ることがあるらしいです。スーパー銭湯やサウナには垢すりコーナーがありますが男湯の方も女性の垢すり師が担当することがほとんどです。ここは男性の垢すり師をもっと雇って垢すり師も男女別にちゃんと分けるべきです。また、男湯の脱衣所には防犯カメラを設置しているところもよくあります。よって男湯に業務上であっても女性従業員の出入りを禁止して、男性従業員だけにして、脱衣所の防犯カメラの設置も禁止にするべきです。改善策としてはそのような店を見つけたらその店に「男湯に女性従業員を入れることは辞めて欲しい」「男湯に監視カメラ」の設置は辞めて欲しいなどと意見を出すべきです。それでもダメな場合は

市民プールなどの男子更衣室や男子トイレにも女性監視員が見廻りや清掃で出入りすることがよくあります。また、プールの監視員のアルバイトなどの従業員には女性は更衣室が与えられるのに、男性の場合は女性従業員から目がつく休憩室で着替えさせられるところもあります。

子供の水泳教室や体操教室などでは女児が居る父親が子供の着替えの手伝いでも女子更衣室に入ることは禁止なのに逆に男児が居る母親が子供の着替えの手伝いで一般男性も利用するにも関わらず男子更衣室に入ることは容認される傾向にあります。男子更衣室に子供の付き添いの母親が入ると恥ずかしくて嫌な想いをする男性もたくさん居ますのでそのような施設を見つけたら子供の着替えの手伝いであっても男子更衣室に母親が入ることは禁止にするようにその施設に意見を出すべきです。

 商業施設や駅、会社などのトイレでは男子トイレもよく女性清掃員が清掃していることが多いです。公園などの公衆トイレでは男子トイレが外から丸見えのところもよくあります。新幹線の男子トイレは鍵もなく窓があって通路から中が見える造りになっています。また、女子トイレが混んでいるからと言って臨時で男子トイレを使用する女性も居ます。逆に男性が女子トイレに入った場合はどんな理由であっても問答無用で「建造物侵入罪」として逮捕されてしまうことがほとんどです。よってどんな理由であっても女性が臨時で男子トイレを使用してはいけないという法律も作って男子トイレを勝手に使用する女性は「建造物侵入罪」として罰するように厳罰化を進めるべきです。

子供向けのコミック本や絵本、テレビアニメでの子供の体の描写ですが女の子については性器が描写されることはないのに男の子については何の修正もなく普通に描写されることが多いです。

子供向けの人体の学習図鑑でも女の子については後ろ姿や横の描写で性器は描写しないように配慮しているのに対して男の子については正面の描写が多く性器も普通に描写されることが多いです。

地方の祭りには男性だけが全裸になって街中を走らされたり海に飛び込ませたりする行事があります。愛知県の「美浜祭り」や三重県の「ヤーヤ祭り」などがその例です。それらのような祭りは女性や子供にも普通に目につく場所で行われてしかも撮影まで許されて居ます。「美浜祭り」については抗議の声があって褌を着用するように改善はされましたが禊の時は今でも全裸にさせられるそうです。
