Here's some sunshine for your mouth on this lovely 4th of July! Bright, citrus flavors from the kumquats cutting through the creamy, velvety richness of the panna cotta. Inspired by both Immaeatchu's recent post on creme fraiche panna cotta and Marcel's obsession with gelees and foams. You guys all remember Marcel from season two of Top Chef don't you? Foams and gelees on everything! I thought I'd see what all the hype was about.
