What: This Cantonese restaurant started off with teething issues at its original location, but has settled on a fuss-free spot in Liverpool Street. The hotly anticipated restaurant serves up Hong Kong style Siu Mei or roast meats inspired by childhood friends and chefs, Uncle Lim, Uncle Sidney and Uncle Mo, the Three Uncles. Expect signature roast duck and crispy pork belly dishes, all following home-grown recipes using the Uncle’s elaborate six step 48-hour marinating process. While the new ‘grab and go’ hot and cold ranges are also something to look forward to.
