U.S. could return North Korea to terror list

Obama says he will "review" list, North Korea denies attack but announces cyber warfare capability

President Obama has said the U.S. could re-designate North Korea as a state sponsor of terrorism due to its role in the cyber-attack on Sony.

In an interview with CNN broadcast on Sunday, Obama fell short of calling the hack an act of war, instead classifying the attack as cyber vandalism that was “very expensive” for Sony Pictures, and that he would review the DPRK’s place on the list of state sponsors of terrorism.
