EXCLUSIVE: RHOBH star Camille Grammer scores a $121,000 legal victory in the dueling domestic violence lawsuits with her ex-boyfriend

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer has just scored a small victory in the nasty legal battle with her ex-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos.

A Texas federal court judge has ordered him to pay her more than $121,000 for their ongoing lawsuits.

The 47-year-old reality star and her 39-year-old ex have been locked in dueling lawsuits - she accused him of domestic violence - and he fired back accusing Camille of defamation of character.

Camille said Dimitri assaulted her during their stay at The ZaZa hotel in Houston,Texas in October 2013 just days after she had surgery for endometrial cancer and provided the court with photos of her bruised face following the alleged altercation.

Dimitri turned around and said she fabricated the entire incident - concocting a 'massive scheme' because she thought he was cheating on her.

He added that police never charged him due to lack of sufficient evidence - and went on to file a defamation lawsuit accusing her of ruining his character by trashing him all over the press. 

Camille insisted she never lied about the violence and she pointed out the statements she gave to Texas police. 

She demanded his claims against her be thrown out and then counter-sued Dimitri for assault and battery.

She explained in court documents that Dimitri had a drinking problem and often embarrassed her by doing such things as cramming hot dogs down her throat in front of friends, putting a plastic penis-shaped ring on her finger when she was sedated in the hospital and various other indecent acts.

Camille demanded that Dimitri's legal battle against her be dismissed because the allegations were true and she could say whatever she wanted to the press, especially since she made the statements to the police who arrived to her hotel following the alleged assault.

But in January last year, a federal court judge came back with an order shooting down Camille's attempt to dismiss her ex's lawsuit against her.

The order explained that Dimitri provided evidence that showed Camille did make statements to police that she knew were untrue.

The order noted that Camille was very careful when talking to the press and never mentioned Dimitri by name.  

Court documents showed Dimitri obtained text messages that Camille sent to a reporters for two entertainment websites in which she talked to them 'off the record' and gave details about an alleged assault by Dimitri.

He also was able to take the reality star's deposition along with that of her publicist. 

Furthermore, Dimitri insinuated that his ex-girlfriend hired a lookalike to show up at her house so she could call police and accuse him of violating a restraining order. Camille blasted his allegations calling them all lies. 

Early last year, the judge ordered four of the seven claims against Camille be dismissed. But allowed Dimitri's claim of malicious prosecution - Camille lying to police and defamation claims for her comments on The Dr. Oz Show and on Twitter.

Now a new twist in the saga - is the judge's ruling to make Dimitri pay up more than $119,000 to her lawyers along with more than $2,300 for other expenses paid during the litigation.  

The judge ripped into Dimitri for not providing any legal basis to back up his opposition. Therefore, he agreed with Camille and granted her the entire $121,000 to pay her lawyers.

Both of the lawsuits are still being fought out in court by the exes.
