Sumit Agrawal, a Visakhapatnam-based businessman, recently sent a demand draft for ₹364 to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, requesting him to buy a pair of shoes for himself. In an open letter on Facebook, Agrawal referred to the incident where Kejriwal met French President Francois Hollande wearing sandals. "[I]t is strongly recommended that you maintain dignity with foreign delegates", he added.
