After testing for months, I decided I love this more than Chance and Daisy (I have all of them)
It smells delicate and little sweet without cloying, a reliable friend; I picture a woman being feminine, pretty, kind, and confident.

To me CET is weaker, and the scent can be spoiled easily during the day and because of the weather. And Daisy is basically a cologne. This is not a dupe of any of them. Just Lanvin showing us how a Fruity Floral perfume should be made.

And if you have any good suede fragrance, Try layering it with this one it will blow your mind.

I scored a 100ml bottle on Mercari for $18 after a Fragrantica friend sent me a decant of this. I’m so happy after seeing the prices it’s being sold for on eBay!

I was initially pretty surprised at how much I loved this. I’m usually a gourmand girl who loves her boozy vanillas and dark syrupy berry scents. I do enjoy musks a lot too and am a sucker for rose. I see now that this has some notes I love and that must be why I love it. It’s just so fresh and pretty; perfect for any daytime occasion and totally office friendly!

I highly recommend looking on Mercari for this if you want to find a bottle at a good price. I saw a couple on there and the most expensive one was about $40 which is still an absolute steal!

WearyWanderer

Sooo… I got this one and Eclat d’Arpege together, and after being disappointed with the OG and how it performed on my skin, I expected very little. Well, this $25 dupe for Daisy is the star of the show. I like it way better than Eclat d’Arpege and way better than Daisy. It doesn’t have that squeaky-clean shampooey Marc Jacobs quality, instead there’s pear and there’s musk and the sandalwood base is very present, and I’m here for it! It evolves beautifully. Performance is comparable to Daisy ie nothing to write home about, but at this price point, I can re-spray.

Andy224

Nice fresh fruity floral perfume. Works great for summertime but don’t expect it to have great performance.

P.s. do NOT buy if you ALREADY HAVE DAISY BY MARC JACOBS as they smell a lot alike.

Dort0625

I blind bought this when I saw so many people say it smells the same as chance eau tendre and I definitely agree it’s a mix between eau tendre and daisy by Marc jacobs. I absolutely love this, and it was just over 20 Canadian dollars so I can’t complain! We’ll worth the purchase! If you love chance eau tendre and don’t want to spend the crazy price then buy this!

SweetSillage98

A good floral + musk perfume with a light pear smell, soft and feminine, a happy scent! 7/10

perfumeaddict97

It's bright, soft and floral. However, it smells like those magazine perfumes from companies like Avon, which we used to be interested in when we were kids. Like you know those perfumes you'd scratch a magazine page to sniff? I think it has a magazine paper smell to it. It's nice, but it smells as cheap as the bottle looks.

Queen Pisuna

Cheap smelling, poorly blended, in my opinion. I have hard time wearing it. It scratches my nose with that one overpowering weird note, must be musk. NOT a Chance eau tendre dupe. They open up similarly but the rest is totally different to me. I appreciate the quality of the bottle, cap and the sprayer though. I’d still wonder what their Eclat d’Arpege is like because of the lilac but I’ll wait for a chance to test it first instead of blindly buying it.

Emera1d

Pretty, light floral and girly. I could imagine it would be perfect on carefree spring and summer days as a scent to compliment joy and relaxed, easy going state of mind. Not going to make a statement with this one, but it is beautiful in it's simplicity. It has surprisingly good longevity, especially for the price (I have used up a bottle of Eclat d'Arpege and found the sillage and longevity very poor). Not sure how it compares to Chance and Daisy as they are not usually what I would go for. I expect my 30ml bottle would be more then enough for the occasional days I want something unpretentious, simple and just pretty. Definitely keeping this one!

babysoft79

I love Eclat d'Arpege so I was excited to try this flanker, but all I got was a strong, somewhat vintage rose. I like rose if it's not the only note I detect and if it's blended in a way that to my nose smells balanced with other florals, fruit or gourmand notes. This perfume was not that. I don't get any of the pear, musk, sandalwood, just a really intense cut-from-the-garden rose. I really wanted to love this as much as I love Eclat d'Arpege but the rose was so strong that it gave me a headache that I had to send it back :( "Eclat de Rose" would've been a more fitting name.

clairesque

This is a great dupe for Chance Eau Tendre or Daisy, especially if you dislike citrus. This dupe places a little more emphasis on the floral notes. However, when I smell Eclat de Fleurs and Chance Eau Tendre (EDP version) side by side, I find that I actually prefer the slight sourness in Chance Eau Tendre. Eclat de Fleurs sort of falls flat in comparison. It doesn't have the "expensive", intoxicating quality of Chance Eau Tendre; you are really getting what you pay for. The musk is also slightly different, Chance Eau Tendre has such an amazingly blended musk that it's almost sensual, while Eclat de Fleurs is more run-of-the-mill. And, as many have pointed out, Eclat de Fleurs has terrible projection and lasting power compared to Chance Eau Tendre.

Disregarding any comparisons, Eclat de Fleurs is a demure fruity floral that doesn't lean too sweet and won't offend anyone. I don't really pick out the sandalwood, just a juicy pear with a delicate blend of musk and florals. A really nice everyday scent, would be great for work and suitable for all ages. Probably a safe gift/blind buy. Well worth the $20.

metalshin23

This is like an answered prayer for me. I tried to love Chanel's Chance Eau Tendre but the Quince and Grapefuit doesn't really work well on me. Same with Marc Jacobs' Daisy. At last, I found something that sits well on my skin.

I admit, I've become a bit snob to this perfume (and Eclat Arpege) in the past but now I'm glad I finally tried it. I love how it smells so fresh and yet at the same time just light. Perfect for everyday and for days you just want to wear a safe fragrance. Not really expecting much in the sillage and longevity department, but I'm happy to report that I can still smell it after 6 hours, albeit a skin scent.

The great thing about this is that it's so affordable, I wouldn't mind buying it over and over again.

magnifiscently22

I had this a little bit ago, gave it to my sister, and decided to wear it again today. I originally gave it to her because I just wasn't wowed by it and I'm still not unfortunately. It's definitely likable and similar to Chance Eau Tendre especially in the opening so that's lovely. It gives a girly, clean, youthful, crisp floral vibe so it's an easy reach for spring/summer. As it dries though, it gets a bit boring. Also, if it lasted longer, I would honestly reach for it more. Unfortunately, at about 3 hours, it's already a faint skin scent so I'll reach for other scents instead.

moonsunstars

This is such a great alternative to Chance Eau Tendre. I've really been into fresh/floral fragrances as of late, and there's a fruity-floral shampoo vibe I get from this - that's why I love it so much. This is such a sunny, happy fragrance. It might not be unique, but I don't always want to wear unique fragrances. It wasn't super hot outside today, and quite rainy however I really wanted to wear this - I could literally smell it through both masks I was wearing (for about an hour and a half...I oversprayed lol). Pear is one of the most dominate notes on my skin. What I like about this is that the floral notes don't overpower each other. They compliment each other nicely and are blended quite well. The house of Lanvin is so underrated I must say. Definitely going to keep this one in my collection.

nicksolihin

Its a nice scent, floral and pear, but its too descent and boring

eaudeviv

I find it a very watered down version of Chanel Chance eau tendre. I´ve had it for a long time now but it is too boring and I guess I will wear it for work. Not a bad scent, just nothing to write home about. Pretty safe and girly. Perfect for summer. It is poor lastingtoo. Shame.

bathcatz

The white floral and woody notes are very sharp. It is somewhat nauseating which is sad because I really wanted to love this perfume. Can't detect the pear or powder notes. Personally I have to layer this scent with glossier you which adds a softness and makes it wearable for me.

Edit: this has become a safe daily scent and It is a dupe for chanel chance eau tendre.

KylieBooFace

I tried this on a paper strip in store. It seemed fresh and sweet, but not gourmand. I can't see it offending anyone.

Avana

Nice signature scent. Leans more on the everyday, sport, work or school wear. Really easy to wear.
I'm not big fan of floral perfumes, but this is good. Clean but feminine scent.

I picture that this is worn by a sweet girl/or woman 15-40 yo.
Nothing super original, just a safe, beautiful and likeble.

bluegreenplanet89

If you, like me, love Chance Eau Tendre and, like me, want to find a more affordable alternative, I'd say just save the money you were going to spend to buy the alternative and buy the real thing instead. I won't say this is nothing like the Chanel one at all, but if you're very familiar with the beautiful scent of Chance Eau Tendre, you would definitely notice the difference. It's like Chance Eau Tendre with its soul and integrity removed. It's floral, it's sweet, but there isn't any substance behind it. I don't dislike it, though. It's fine. Just don't expect it to be a lot like Chance Eau Tendre.

yunitaridevianti

I got this as a Valentine's gift in 2016. First time I smelled it, I thought “Hmm this smells expensive”. This smells fresh, floral, but not too floral. The musky and rose notes are not obvious, at least on my skin. I really love this scent. I wish it had longer longevity and better projection.

EDIT: 8 years later I always tried to look for an alternative to this scent with better longevity and projection but failed miserably lol. Even Chanel Eau Tendre or Daisy can’t do it. CET is too citrusy and Daisy smells somewhat mellow (?) when this smells clean, sweet, dreamy, and sparkly. So got another bottle of this in 2024 and might as well stock up since it’s pretty hard to find where I live. La Rive Glow gives me a close dupe but still misses that dreamy sparkly feeling.

ayken

Okay, this is a good scent. I have nothing against it and it was my signature perfume for two years- yet, it defnitely lacks something now that I have smelt hundreds of perfumes- it just has a very simple scent, which is not bad, but makes me not want to waste my money on something that doesn't make me feel I am wearing a unique perfume. Do you get me? Lanvin EdF is for girly girls, someone who likes to have fun and is feeling fresh- that is how i would describe this fragnrance wearer. I got this when I was new in university and I needed something that would make me feel light and sweet but also make the crowd smell a girly person--- It definitely isn't something I would wear now (being 23)... i guess my nose likes more unisex and fresh grass cut smells or woody and not too fruity freshness. This is yeah a teenager, girly perfume. Tbh I was inbetween Gucci floral EDP and this one and i ought for Lanvin just because it had more of a fresh feel on my skin, yet when it dries down it is kinda musky though... and i didn't even know it had pear and musky tones in it- i was surprised with this and I would defnitely suggest any young, adventurous person to go for this one- it is not a must, but would compliment your collection.... Tbh i never got many compliments on it, but if someone was smelling it on my wrist then they liked the smell. It is not one of those in your face arrogant types of perfumes.

longevity wise i would say up to 3-4h maybe even 5 depending on how much your spray it on your skin. I usually went for two spritz and three each on my wrists and sometimes for a longer day on the neck. I enjoyed this fragrance more in winter times tbh but in summer it gave me a different warm fruity feel than in winter-- the latter being more of a fresh musky one.

It is a good perfume, but again I would not purchase this for the second time--- also people in the review say it smells like the Chanel one--- i guess i can see the simlarity but if i have to choose between the two then I would go for this one even because of the price point... the chanel one is too sweet in my opinion and this has a mroe fresh feel.
So yeah not bad, not perfect-- just a good old fruity fresh fragrance.

moribun

At first it smells comparable to Chanel Eau Tendre, but within 30 minutes turns into a simple jasmine composition - natural, neither fresh nor powdery. It's nice enough and inoffensive, but so very plain.

Lasting power: varying, in the cold weather surprisingly only 2-3 hours, but in warmer weather 4-5 hours.
Sillage: close to skin - moderate.

KrystalPower83

Yep, smells like Chanel Chance Eau Tendre! Beautiful fresh and clean light floral. Love this and the price is awesome too.

bel.gravia

it is a bright and clean yet dirty perfume
opens a bit like chanel tendre but then takes a turn into a truly wild, raw and dirty musk
because of this clean/dirty quality it reminds me of chanel no 5! I know sounds unbelievable...
anyways, eclat de fleurs has exceeded my expectations 100%
just spray it on skin and WAIT
let the magic develop.
Just like Lancome Hypnose, Lanvin Eclat De Fleurs requires to be tested on the skin.
********
On a blotter Eclat De Fleurs is a peony smell. Cold, harsh single peony. Not interesting at all. On the skin, however, it metamorphoses 180 degrees. You can smell tons and tons of freesias (pictured above), watery roses and just hints of jasmine. The jasmine is overall very clean. Then.... comes the musk. A lot of it! Eclat De Fleurs is essentially one ton of freesias and one ton of musk. It therefore reminds me of Eaudemoiselle by Givenchy.
Eclat De Fleurs is not similar to Eclat d'Arpege, it lacks the fresh spring cleanliness to it. It lacks the refreshing green tea accord.

Cassiano

Éclat De Fleurs was launched in 2015, following the success of Lanvin's Éclats. However, this one does not bear the surname of the Arpège line, which leads me to believe that it was designed to give life to a new pillar. Its bottle also gained a different design, inspired by the daisy flower, in honor of Jeanne Lanvin's daughter, Marguerite.

While Éclat D’Arpège and its variations celebrate the lilac flower and the green tea, Éclat De Fleurs is more euphoric and fruity. It opens with a juicy pear, from which the juice drips out of the corner of the mouth, with each bite. Then, the body of jasmine Sambac gains a bath of vigor with the presence of freesia and roses. Basically, white musk and sandalwood look abandoned, but they know when to make themselves noticed.

Éclat De Fleurs was created in a partnership between Anne Flipo and Nicolas Beaulieu, who brought the pear in a solo show, with a bouquet of flowers as backing vocals. If tested on a blotter, the fragrance will look sweeter; on the skin, it explodes radiantly.

Who does not usually like the pear note in perfumes, will complain about the smell of shampoo that appears, now and then. And whoever had the chance to know the fragrances of Chance Eau Tendre (Chanel) and Daisy (Marc Jacobs), will not find anything new. I tested the latter, side by side, and they really are very similar. But after a few hours, when both have completely evolved, Éclat De Fleurs continues to behave in a more youthful way, while Daisy seems more mature, thoughtful (besides the violet leaves, it also has the violet note, which is consistent until the end). Once again, we have an example of strong similarity, but not of equality.

For me, Éclat De Fleurs has a very important characteristic when thinking about the market: it is the type of fragrance that does not arouse as much interest in women as it is capable of doing with men. And this is reflected in the relationship between wearing it because you like or wearing it just to get compliments.

In general, it is a perfume that pleases easily, especially in summer and spring. On my skin, it's basically a combo of succulent pears with jasmine and rose, in addition to a good dose of musk, without looking sharp. I thought the performance was good, despite the fact that the explosive projection lasts about two hours. In other words, if it was a fragrance that I could wear a lot, I would certainly feel like reapplying a central spray from time to time, just to leave more trace.

Finally, bringing the visual issue to the fore, once again, even though the bottle has gained a new design, the cap continues to keep the rings with the central stone, in an attempt to represent eternal love (as in Éclat D’Arpège line). But pay attention to one detail: the pictures on the internet show a product of very evident pink color, which does not correspond to what is seen up close.

Vikki1985

This fragrance is beautiful, it is a watery/dewy/juicy rose and pear with a hint of musk, it stays watery and dewy though, it is quite a simplistic scent but also manages to be unique at the same time 🤔 it is really very lovely. I think this smells like a pear and rose shampoo only better, for example it doesnt smell boring or like any standard shampoo, it smells luxurious. This also lasts quite a while considering it is a soft floral, I still catch gorgeous whiffs of this throughout the day after hours of wear and infact it actually smells more beautiful when I catch whiffs this way rather than sniffing directly from my wrist, this is a very feminine beautiful perfume I really love it and it is gorgeous for spring or even summer.

I haven't tried Chance eau tendre as i wont buy perfumes over a certain price point, I'm happy to spend big money on perfume but not stupid money ya know, especially when there are beautiful perfumes that arent that ridiculously priced but I have tried Marc Jacob's Daisy and liked it very much I can smell a vague similarity but not much - This shares the dewy watery vibe of Daisy but that is it to my nose, Daisy is all violet and this isnt. The perfume that this smells identical to to my nose though is Avon incandessence lotus, they are pretty much completely identical infact I actually prefer incandessence lotus and I think it's the the hint of blackberry it is absolutely beautiful however it doesnt last as long as this so I've taken to layering both together and bam perfection! x

AnitaHendricks

I'm not very exited. This perfume smells simple, floral and vintage on my skin. I guess I don't combine well!

colorfulmess

Musky fruity floral that caught my attention. I couldnt stop smelling it a paper strip. This beauty reminds me of a lighter and more shampoo version of Guess Dare. I love this layered with rose forward scents to power up the rose. Highly feminine and spirited, but most of all, IT'S TART.

ceram

This is a review comparing Eclat de Fleurs to Chanel Chance Eau Tendre.

I'm not a perfume expert at all... But I feel the need to speak authoritatively on this particular scent and its comparisons because they really aren't that clos--at least, to my nose. I hear people proudly proclaim that this is a dupe for Chanel Chance Eau Tendre... That you don't need to waste your money buying the other designer when this is available... Well, I'm sorry to those who believe that, but I respectfully beg to differ--and strongly. Even to my unrefined nose, there is no way in a blind test I would say the two are the same. They are too interesting in their own ways. (That's not a judgment to say one is better than the other. I'm just pointing out they are quite different than many of these reviews would suggest)

*Main Impression
Whereas Lanvin's Eclat de Fleurs starts off with very similar notes to Eau Tendre, within a couple minutes on my skin, it becomes a freesia/white flower and lightly woodsy meld of florals. In the two seconds it is in the air and landing on my skin, yes, I smell exactly Chance Eau Tendre. But Fleurs has a more prominent floral heart than Eau Tendre for sure. Fleurs doesn't even pause in the pear top note for long before becoming exactly the scent you will encounter hours later. Chanel stays crisper (some might even say "sharp") in its sweet, citrus top notes while Lanvin dives straight for the jasmine, rose and musky pretty middle. Personally, this is why I cannot see them as the same--Chanel is citrus/floral/powder in that order, while Lanvin is floral/powder/floral in that order.

*Longevity
As many complain, Chanel is charming and dreamy at first but then disappears pretty quickly. My skin sucks it up, and when it doesn't, the scent still burns off pretty fast. I have to over spray to get any real mileage (I.e. A whiff hours later) with Chanel. However, Eclat de Fleurs sticks around longer as it settles into something more close. Eclat burns pretty quickly too on me, but it holds longer than ET.

*Would I buy again?
Yeah, probably. If you are a huge fan of Eau Tendre, but looking to save money on a less expensive juice, you won't find a solution here I'm afraid. But money spent on Eclat de Fleurs would not be money wasted.

TL;DR
This is Chanel Chance Eau Tendre and Marc Jacobs' Daisy had a baby, and the baby took after papa (Jacobs).

To most of the population, these are both wonderfully blended and beautiful enough to be seen as the same. But for anyone who collects or is passionate about fragrances, I wouldn't do either a disservice by saying they are one in the same.

Edit 11/6/19: Added that Lavin does actually smell exactly like Chance Eau Tendre, for about two seconds, but as soon as the initial alcohol blast dries, it goes back into what the rest of my review says.

mirisfrik

This is actually quite good for a cheapie. It has a lot similarities with Chanel eau tendere, but on my skin it smells even better. It’s not that sharp as Eau tendere. It does have some depth with sandalwood and jasmine. Absolute stealer for price ( 20€/100ml bottle)

Bambi.fq

This is extremely pretty. A fresh clean floral with romantic, springtime vibes. Abit generic, but it smells so good I don't even care. Its purple sister Eclat D'Arpege is the more unique and ethereal one I think, but I own and enjoy both...they do share the same base. Both are excellent scents for hot, muggy weather. The price point is great! I am someone who hates spending much money on fresh/summer fragrances as they are weaker and their shelf life is shorter. The quality you get here is very decent for the price...ie. it smells just as elegant as Chance eau Tendre. Longevity is average and sillage is decent. Stays close to the skin after a couple hours, though it lingers on clothes. Very pleased with my purchase. I'd love for Lanvin to expand the Eclat line, like Chanel with the Chances, Moschino with Cheap n Chic, and Versace with the Crystals...perhaps with a green Eclat and a yellow (grapefruit-y) Eclat. I would buy them all, given the price and quality.

basgam

A mix of Chanel Chance Eau Tendre and Daisy by Marc Jacobs. Turns into a very subtle scent that is not too much noticeable. I sprayed it 10 times on my skin in the morning and after two hours my colleagues couldn't even smell it too much on me! Pretty scent though.

dvlcis

It's like a mix of Petite Cherie and Chance eau Tendre. And the price, a real treat, compared to the chanel, and it smells better. And much stronger, you don't have to spray every 2 hours to stop it from dissapearing.

SundayGirl07

Smells very close to Chanel Tendre although this one is stronger and isn't as 'airy' as Chanel. Still a pretty good and similar scent on the dry down.

SillySue

If you are a fan of Chanel’s Chance Eau Tendre, you HAVE to try this! I honestly do not smell a difference. I adore eau tendre and I can truthfully say that I also adore this just as much. You get the Lanvin at a fraction of the price and to me the quality is the same. A true hidden gem.

relativelystoic

Wow! This is surprisingly loud floral perfume. In my skin, this lasts for a really long time. It is classy and does not go out of style.

SoraM

This is a lovely floral fragrance. On first spritz, it is very sweet, but dries down quickly to a nice subtle fragrance. I love being able to smell the sandalwood base on my skin. The longevity is not long--perhaps 3 hours. I use around 5-8 sprays, similar to a EDT, but it is priced similar to an EDT so it's not an issue to go through it that quickly.

beaglebaileysmom

Oh yeah, it is Daisy. You tried to tell me that, didn't you? Well, I usually don't agree with the "reminds me of" votings, so I didn't listen. Now I own what amounts to 2 bottles of Daisy. But it's super soft and pretty, floral but in no way delivers that screechy punch-in-the-face like Jessica McClintock. I can tolerate it even though I super-duper-hate florals. Actually if this were what I thought of when I think "floral" I probably wouldn't say "super-duper-hate." But, oh nasty Jessica McClintock, you have ruined them all with your eye-watering screechiness! OMG, I never realized before that I actually carry fragrance grudges. Gotta run now, I have to schedule a therapy appointment!

floralscents88

On my skin it's sweet on initial spray, but not overwhelmingly so. but once its dried down, it transforms into this beautiful floral bouquet. very feminine. It's quite strong IMO. that 1 spray i used was enough for me. it doesn't have that vintage, old world smell to it which a lot of floral fumes often have, which suits me just fine. love it.

sugar_sweet

It is very close to Chanel chance tendre, but costs way too friendly, tried it on skin, almost the same as chanel.

minizelda

So so so beautiful on paper, can't wait to sample it on my skin.

MWROMO

Beautiful fragrance in beautiful bottle, soft, musky and most feminine floral fragrance I had pleasure to smell. Its juts wonderful, so light but with that unique composition of pear, freesia and red rose. Base notes are balanced to perfection, jasmin, sandalwood and musk...wedding day fragrance, also good for a date.

justfloral

Very musky and shampoo-ish.

Blackberry shampoo (Herbal Essences?) + scent of hair!!

Exactly! The scent of warmed hair during drying (after washing it in blackberry shampoo)

It has something resembling Dreaming by T. Hilfiger and Daisy to it. I've tested it today with Fleur de Murier on second wrist and both fragrances have the same "blackberry shampoo" vibe.

cookygirl

This is very nice. Very feminine, fresh and flowery but not overwhelming despite surprisingly respectable silage and projection. I like it much better than Eclat D'Arpege: it has more presence and personality. The pear is very prominent as is the sandalwood in the drydown. Along with the musk, they both supply a creamy quality which contrasts nicely with the floral notes.
While I don't think I would purchase this because it's not enough of a stand out, I certainly wouldn't mind receiving some as a gift.

Edit - So, nearly two years later, I haven't yet received this as a gift (nor do I expect to...) and I just ordered some for myself.
Now, in semi-lockdown times, I've been buying fragrances on-line only.
After a series of bad blind buys, I'm trying to order fragrances that I know for sure that I like. Thus, Eclat de Fleur's time has finally arrived and I'm really enjoying this fragrance. I guess you can say it's arrival has been a bit of a silver lining to the COVID 19 cloud.
Edit#2 - 4/1/22 - So I just received a mini of MJ Daisy and my first thought after applying it was "smells just like Eclat de Fleur" and then "also like CET". So yeah - those who say this is a combo of MJ Daisy and CET are totally on point.

adrienn99

this is very close to Avon Luck, however the performance is not as great, stays close to skin and about an hour longevity.
fresh, uncomplicated and girlish, which can be appealing some days.

fay89

I really like this perfume, floral, subtle and aromatic. Doesn't smell over powering, but doesn't stay that long to my skin. Perfect for day and night. Would re-purchase it again

annamaria_

I love this perfume so much! It smells so delicate, fresh and feminine. I have always loved white florals, and this has to be my favourite scent after Dolce. It stays fairly close to the skin, you really need to apply more than usual to leave a significant trail, but honestly I don't really mind that.
When I first bought it, I was convinced this was pure freesia, and nothing else. But as time passed by, I learnt to recognise a juicy pear, a delicate jasmine and a faint, but warm sandalwood base. The rose here is inexistant - I would have hated it otherwise. I think it's a mistake to label it as a "rose" scent.
Longevity is not as bad as some people say - it lasts around 7 hours on my skin.
It's super inoffensive, juvenile, and it gets me lots of compliments. It's one of those perfumes that no one really minds. It's too gentle to give anyone a headache, in my opinion. Also, it smells very similar to Chanel's Eau Tendre. I really really like it!

Edit: I am on my second bottle in six months. I have grown to *adore* it. It's smells exactly like springtime, it's classy, and it makes me feel incredibly feminine and elegant. It's the perfect scent for a young, romantic girl, who doesn't want to be loud.
If you like fresh florals, give it a try. I don't think you'll regret it.

I just got this perfume the other day. I am a gourmand type of person, but I do like florals too. This strongly reminds me of Daisy. It is such a pretty scent. It's like when you want to be demure and sophisticated for a day, this is the perfect scent for you to put on. It's so calming that whenever put this, i feel so worry-free.
I can see me wearing this on special occasions where you meet with crowds because it is inoffensive and compliment-getter.
The only downside was the longevity. It barely lasts 2.5 hrs. on me. Yes, sad.life because Eclat d'Arpege lasts a good 10hrs on me. I almost love this. How i wish it can last longer on my skin, but, i am okay with re-applying.

Compliments after compliments and after compliments....people would approach me, ask me what I'm wearing, tell me it smells amazing and they would write it down on a piece of paper and they will get one for themselves, their mom or when a guy approach me, they would tell me they will get one for their wife or gf... :)

I give it 10/10
Highly recommend!

The first Eclat is million times better. This fragrances is simple and even childysh. Only freesia note saves it a little bit.

I got this as a present for my birthday and I have to admit that I really liked it and people in my office were asking about it too. It is very soft, creamy and long lasting.

This is beautiful on my skin. My husband always comments how nice I smell and that's what counts. I have Eclat d Arpege, the purple bottle as well but that fades within minutes on me. This one I feel so incredibly feminine, ladylike. Definitely a perfume I reach for in Spring and Summer. A beautiful floral, long lasting on me. One I hope is always available as It's a keeper.

I just don't get it, I love freesia, pear, rose and musk. Yet I detect no such notes in this fragrance. It is very bland and uninspiring. It just has the generic perfume smell. Nothing great. I wouldn't purchase it. The original Eclat remains the best one in my opinion. This one is just lacklustre. I don't hate it, nor dislike it, it is just colorless and bland in scent.

TatyanaS

This smells exactly like Chanel Chance Eau Tendre, but I am not sure longevity and sillage would be the same. :)

Second review:
My sister used half of it and finally decided that it can't go further than a "like" for her and claimed it's sweeter than what she wants it to be.she agreed to swap it with my half used bottle of Moschino funny(too sour for me).so finally it's mine and I like it.it's similar to Chanel chance tendre but they're not identical
Lanvin eclat fleurs opens very light and fresh and sheer, very pretty but also generic as I believe there's numerous pink girly floral fruitys out there very similar to this one but it shows more personality as it dries down.it's delicate floral accord of the opening settles down to a musky jasmine-sandalwood combo.I didn't expect to pickup much sandalwood here but there's a healthy dose of creamy sandalwood on my skin preventing it from falling flat on me.I agree it has a slight shampooer vibe which is pleasant.can be a pick me up daily fragrance for springs and summers

Princess

This smells really beautiful, dreamy springy fragrance. I think its really unique, I havent smellt this before, its also long lasting:) You really can smell the pear, and then comes the beautiful flowers <3 A lot say its smells like MJ Daisy, these are totally different!

EDIT: This smells simelar to Daisy! :P

sygrid29

Eclat des fleur smells a lot better than the regular eclat its just that it does resembles chance eau tendre but without the musky classiness on the drydown. My little complain is that its too shampooish in quality so most of the people might think that your hair smells amazing. Its a good thing though if chance eau tendre smells perfumery on your skin and if that bothers you.

I have a younger sister who loves Lanvin eclat d'arpege.it's her signature for years and although she has ten other perfumes, she only uses that one
I was hardly trying to find another perfume to replace eclat d'arpege.I think a twenty year old girly girl like her needs something more girly
I tested dozens for her but nothing could please her.finally I decided to introduce her another version of Lanvin eclat,Lanvin eclat fleurs and it was a good idea
When she smelled it closely she said meh but as soon as the cloud of scent wrapped her and she could catch the whiffs(without glueing her nose to wrist)she was in love
There isn't any similarities between this one and eclat d'arpege.just that they're both light and clean.eclat de Fleurs is way more youthful
The most dominant note is pear and a very pretty and light floral bouquet.I can mostly smell freesia but there's also a touch of Jasmine and a soft musky rose.it's sweet and gentle. I can also feel a hint of refreshing citrus
If you like pear in perfumes blended with soft and clean flowers and musk and a delicate sweetness you would love this one.I can't exactly remember chanel tender but I remember it was in the same vein
Lanvin eclat de Fleurs is very good for mild to hot weather.its not strong enough for cold weather.longevity is moderate.sillage is soft to moderate
It's simple, likable and easy to wear.very nice and tend
❤❤❤

In few words - very sweet, light, quite juicy and not too complicated. The perfume is heavily based on pear, which adds a youthful feel to the whole composition. Pleasant aroma, but it doesn't really stand out in it's category. Definitely for younger girls. For me it lacks some maturity. But still - a like.

Cruinneach

Eclat de Fleurs is very innocent fragrance. I could easily imagine that I would have wear it as a teenager if it was released back in those days. Now I'm a mum for a one year old girl and it's innocent enough for me to wear. It's most of all floral scent. I can smell jasmine and in my opinion it smells a bit like mimosa too. It's fresh, that must because of the freesia in it. Besenotes, musk and sandalwood, are rather weak than overpowering. It's suitable for daytime use and for long and light midsummer nights. For teenagers and for mums like myself.

Migalex

NIce fragrance but common and boring. I smell little more than pear, and pear, in my opinion, with its undivided sweetness, imparts no sophistication to fragrances. There is nevertheless a light transparent juiciness to it which may be quite an achievement. I will try it more times, but so far, without being anything special, I think the scent is relatively well achieved, not a cheap smelling fragrance.

yylan

I'd say it just white flower note. After 10 min, it becomes musky scent.Very common, no point

kdkwan

This smells exactly like Daisy by MJ !! But just a tad bit fruitier. This is literally a perfect floral scent. I'd say the jasmine note is the most prominent. Fresh, pure, tender, feminine... It's everything I want from a floral fragrance! The longevity is alright, not amazing but not too weak. I'd say if you can get it on sale def get your hands on it!!!

curlykitty8

I am a lover of so many Lanvin fragrances, vintage and new, so I am a bit partial when it comes to reviews.
Having said this, I just received this in a swap (thank you, Annaliese!) and at first spray I was a bit put off by the strong, and perhaps a bit synthetic pear juice bomb but within minutes Eclat began to dry down to what makes so many Lanvin fragrances lovely and special...a persistent yet soft melange of fruits, florals, woods and musk.
It lasts and lasts, smells consistently ladylike and feminine, is ageless and alluring.
Perfect for those times when fragrance is crucial but not meant to be bombastic, sultry or sexy.
Classy and well crafted.

It's a more watery?more cod version of "dreaming" by Tommy hilfiger that I loved and finished couple years ago.

Peaches, pears, fruity - fresh - not over sweet but there is feeling of marmalade-almoust can feel it in mouth:).

Satin fragrance.tenderness at bottle.

Like it much more then other lanvine perfumes.

ScarlettX

I was quite sure, this is not my thing, but surprisingly, it's nice.
Fresh, clean and light scent. I sense some light and nice rose note, some jasmine and there's also pear note, that balances the whole thing nicely.
An ordinary everyday type of fragrance.
Makes me think of clean and fresh sheets on bed.

CorinneAggabao

Smells Exactly like Chanel Chance Eau Tendre but this is the soft version of it. Don't Buy if you have a the Chanel Chance Eau Tendre. I love Lanvin Perfumes but i'm a little bit disappointed for this. This is a FRUITY-floral fragrance and a light perfume for everday wear.

atomyyy

It's so soft and clean smell.
Like a innocent teenagers girl.
But the smell gone too fast :(

genny17

It is a soft delicate floral, smells nice, but is very similar to Eclat d' arpege,, so nothing great, just a simple pretty scent..pretty linear too..not overly impressed by this watery floral.
Sending it to my mom!

Nikkafragrance

Eclat de fleurs brings back sweet memories of innocent teenage years to my mind. It's so tender, like inhaling the scent of first blooming tree blossoms. Looking at the notes, it's great that such a simple composition smells so nice! The bottle itself is like a little treasure, this perfume is one of the best new releases for 2015!

Arlene-Beatrix

At first it is just another simple fresh floral, but after an hour it becomes absolutely magnetic, rich, jasmine & sandalwood, musky scent. Lovely!
