When I want login i d won’t work or keypad doesn’t open to type. In iPad it’s better operational than iPhone. Once logged in filling the farm is easier than in portal. But out lay is bad, slot booking doesn’t give us a scope for checking before confirmation. Even for rescheduling it’s worrisome as we don’t know the next step whether a confirmation page opens or just cancels the slot. It’s big surprise always what happens next either confirmation page opens or page closes suddenly. We have check what happened finally opening different toolbars.

I think it need streamlined pages which are custmer friendly and ask for confirmation before finishing import stages like payment, slot booking or scheduling booked slots.

I submitted my passport application on 8th March 2022 but since then my status is being displayed as ‘passport application under review at regional passport office’ eventhough my passport has been dispatched. For actual status i have to login to website on web browser. What’s the use of providing mobile application if actual status is not being indicated ? Please look into the matter and fix the application bugs!!

As we all trying to make Digital India, and everyone trying hard to make it happen. But still there is lots of useless application created by careless people to annoy everyone. Downloaded this app, thinking it will simplify the online process. But it’s was a shame. You can’t even Log In. When you click login ID, a pop up menu appear and only option to click OK. Once you click, a virtual keyboard will pop up and disappears instantly. So how we log in???? If can’t log in, then what is the purpose of this app????

I still didn’t understand why they create this app???? Just fill in the racks of AppStore????
Cant use this app because can’t sign in??? I don’t know what’s the idea of this ultra genius app created by super skilled intelligent developers????
